Karavalli, the restaurant at Taj Gateway Residency Road, Bangalore is perhaps the most popular places for south-western coastal cuisines. Its menu covers the entire belt along the coastline from Goa to Kerala with a little bit of Coorg thrown in too. The restaurant has been enthralling the food lovers of the city for the last 25 years, and as a visitor to Bengaluru, I have had the occasion to dine there quite a few times.

A Tale of Two Chinese Breakfasts in Kolkata
